I know they are both lifestyle type game that require you to make choices that will change the game in future. I just do not see any differences between them. Battlefield seem like more family, like Saw movies, and Sims is like rate R movie like Finding Nemo. It seems gameplay more fluid in Sims than Battlefield, but other than that, I see no difference.
