How do you make your sims float when they kiss?

I've seen many Sims 2 videos on YouTube, and most have two sims having their very first kiss, and they float with hearts swirling. How do you make them float?How do you make your sims float when they kiss?
I can't be certain....but I think it's a feature you only get on the DVD version of sim2, and not the pc-cdrom one.How do you make your sims float when they kiss?
you cant float it only happens when you have your first kiss but the only otherway after that is to find cheats from someone online.
