Sims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Well let me just say that the sims are my favorite game ever!!!! So my parents think im too imature for thegame. I dont think so, it really isnt that bad. I want to know how to get my parents to yes to playing the sims?Sims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Just don't tell them about "woohoo" and stuff just talk about the neutral things like building houses and creating people, raising skills, and getting a job. All the everyday Sims stuff and not the details. I love Sims also by the way :)Sims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I think you should let them play the game and see that it realy isnt bad at all. like the only thing that is mature is woohoo but they dont even use the real word. haha or you could show them how you would play the game but leave out the things like making out or woohoo lol. also it is only rated teen so it is not bad at all. but that is what i think you should do hope i helped.Sims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Let them watch you play it. Show them it is not a bad game.
Inform them that it aids you in the teachings of everyday life. Such as the concept of earning money, paying bills, going to school, making good grades, having a family and how to keep up with them, keeping up with a household, and getting promotions etc. It helps you learn that you need to study in certain area's to gain knowledge that leads to promotions, and education.



You will even be "evicted" if you cant pay your bills! You can starve to death, die in a fire, etc. It helps you learn safety, and how to deal with society. That's how I learned that bragging usually only gets you bad responses.



Although sims has mature content, it's not unsafe for younger eyes. Nudity is blurred out, and the "woohoo" is hidden under blankets and has its very own nick name. Now, with modern television, movies, advertisements you see outside, it is much better than those!! The game does not expose you to anything you haven't already seen due to media. It actually "cushions" it a bit. Everyone knows what happens "under the sheets".... even 4th and 5th graders!! The media exposes much more than the sims. The sims teaches you about every day life and helps you develop the capabilities to grow and learn with that.



I am sure your parents will not want to take the time to play it. so let them watch you - so you can show them exactly what you want to in order to get your point across. If they play it, they will not know where to start. Let them watch you.
