How best to get suggestions to EA, makers of The Sims 2 and Sims 3?

I've scoured the Sims 2 and Sims 3 websites, and in particular the Contact Us and Locations links. But I've been unable to find a mailing address or e-mail address for either the headquarters or the creators (or any address for anyone, really). I have a few suggestions of things I would like to see for The Sims 3 and need a way to get my suggestions to them. Is the Forums the only outlet? Thanks! How best to get suggestions to EA, makers of The Sims 2 and Sims 3?
Contact E.A and tell them what has happened.

I contact EA from there it works great.

Here is E.A link.

Find your country and and send them an email or phone them.

I know this is unfair, good luck!
Most developers and publishers don't listen instead they will just keep churning out more content. Listen to the others that talk about the hacks. Hacks sound bad but hacks are more often good improving gameplay elements fixing glitches and making it more fun. Especially all the good game add-ons you can get.How best to get suggestions to EA, makers of The Sims 2 and Sims 3?
They NEVER listen.

I suggest you get involved in the unofficial sims community; a lot of things can be fixed with hacks. Hacks are not just for cheating and making the game easier; there are a lot of people fixing the mistakes EA isn't.
You can e-mail Support@EA.com but in all honesty your attempts will be futile. EA has constantly ignored it's fanbase and simply does whatever it desires. Good luck in your attempts tho!How best to get suggestions to EA, makers of The Sims 2 and Sims 3?
They don't care what you think. You bought the first two, right? They're done with you.
