Sims??????

I bought The Sims game yesterday and when i click the install button instead of what suppost to come up this Hp printer thing comes up and askes me if i want to install the printer softwear or remove it. I tried installing it and removing it but no matter what i do the same thing comes up when i click install. Help!Sims??????
Your disk is probably fine. My mother's computer had this issue, some problem when she tried to (incorrectly) update drivers on the computer.



Try going into MY COMPUTER, right click the drive its in and go to EXLPORE (autorun is probably your problem). Run the installer on the disk by double clicking it.



If this doesn't work try calling your PC's manufacturer or call maxis's support line.

Hmmm....sounds like you have a bad disk. If you purchased it from a store, you should be able to exchange it. If you got from another source, try contacting them.
Is it the original Sims or 2?Sims??????
Hmm....Try open the disk on "My computer" and manually install it.
The people that made it probably labelled it wrong I would take it back and get a real sims disc
