Sims??????????????????????

I LOVE to play sims, but i sold my 1st sims deluxe edition and then i got a virus and i had to rest my computer. do you have to have the 1st sims downloaded to play sims 2Sims??????????????????????
The Sims 1 and the Sims 2 are completely different games. In order to play The Sims 2, you need either the Sims 2 (base game), the Sims 2 Deluxe, or the Sims 2 Double Deluxe.



If you're saying that you originally owned the Sims 2 Deluxe edition, then you will need to purchase another copy of the game in order to install it. However, those games are only about $18.00 on Amazon which is pretty cheap (or you can go used and pay about $6.50 + shipping).Sims??????????????????????
Im not exactly sure what you mean but you need the disc to play the game. If you have expansions/stuff packs you need the most recently released expansion/stuff pack that you have installed.



If you mean do you need Sims 1 in order to play Sims 2 then the answer is no. They are separate games.
